Claiming Tom Wolfe's Mantle

Tom Wolfe died five years ago.

But he’s back in the spotlight through a Netflix documentary entitled “Radical Wolfe.” It’s intelligent, thoughtful and unlike the man. By that, I mean that it doesn’t aim to shock, stun or provoke.

I guess that’s unsurprising, especially as it’s being presented by one of America’s largest media companies.
